had trg yest...we did more of cardio kinda stuff cos the guys were having friendly match and they end around 8+pm like that.wah lao...eat up our trg time!!ANGRY ah! you thought some of us very free iizzit!?hahaha..yah...i just say say only lah.ahhaha.but it's the truth! so in the end the youth players were doing drills at the basketball court at the lib block there,i pity their sticks sia..ahahha..
ran 10 rounds at the carpark there..can die ah i tell u!but i managed to survive!hahah.After that went to lib block to CLIMB STAIRS..gosh! but the rest did 4 sets but i did only 2 sets!whahahahha! was slacking all the way lah.but cant help it lah.feeling lazy!hUrhuR..now u know why i so fat..hahaha...heng ah i didnt go osb owls cos if i did i think i need to run more! was quite worried at first but *pHEw*! haahha. Yeah..initially i think amir wants to bring me up to owls but he said cos saf is working and need to do work on some weekends,so he partner her with me. If put me alone in osb i can die also...so put me back in youth loh~! wooHoo~! hahaha.
but reena and aisyah is going to osb owls to play..was feeling both happy and at the same time sad about it..happy cos they can learn and improve to be better players there...sad cos they r leaving us..haiz...it's like part of my body being taken away like that...=( but nvm lah..at least we can all still train and go out together! shall think of the positive side...=/
Then after trg,amir obviously hinted to me infront of everybody that it's not wise for goalkeepers to wear spects, cos when she dive,it might hit the face or smt..haiz..but i told him le mah..my eyes r injured and i cant wear contacts..laser scanning still need somemore time to consider cos expensive leh..i also dunno wad to do now...maybe will wear contacts when playing matches...for a few hrs only..see how loh..need to go check my eyes soon..but i'm not going to the same place again..cos i think they really took a long time to heal my eyes...i know of one person her eyes condition is worsed than mine but she took only 1 month to heal!she went Tan Tock Seng Hospital lah..then she just went for lasic,i think she has perfect eye sight now! so envy!! haiz..
k lah..need to go bathe max soon...he very smelly now..hahahaha...gonna watch apac later~! ciaoz!
